Paper Submission

Each participant can apply with a maximum of 2 papers as a presenter.

Paper Abstract Submission Rules

• Paper abstract should not exceed 300 words.

• Papers must be submitted in both Turkish and English.

• Paper Title should consist of maximum 10 words and should fully reflect the content of the study. Oral paper Turkish Title (12 point size, first letter Capital, bold, centered, single space)

• Paper authors' names, surnames, titles, institutions, cities and contact addresses should be specified. (Name Surname 1, Second Author 2, Third Author 3)

• Abstract (10 point size, Times New Roman, Single line minimum 200, maximum 300 words)

• Abstract content;

- Purpose:…..

- Method:….

- Findings:….

- Conclusion:….

-Keyword: (minimum 3, maximum 5 words)

• Plagiarism report of oral presentations must be 15% and below

Authorization process;

Please add the vocabulary items used in accordance with the rules specified in your abstracts that you want to present as a poster or orally (in Turkish and English) to uluslararasi.oyunkongresi@uskudar.edu.tr by May 13, 2025.

After oral presentations and poster presentations sent to the congress are evaluated by referees (blind review), you will be contacted regarding acceptance, revision or rejection.

If the abstract is accepted, the person planned to present the abstract should be notified in the system.

The abstract should include the title of the abstract, the authors' names and surnames, the name, city and country of the institution they work for, a short CV of the author (should be maximum 250 words; undergraduate degree, master's and doctoral degree information if any, and the institution they work for). The purpose, method, findings, discussion and keywords (minimum three) should be included in order.

The author should indicate whether the study is Original Research or Case Report during the submission.

Review/Compilation titles should be included.

Acceptance Letter

Acceptance letters of accepted papers will be forwarded to the responsible authors. It is the responsibility of the responsible author to send them to other authors.

The author who will present the accepted paper must register for the congress by May 20, 2025.

Poster Presentation Preparation Rules

Poster papers must be 70 (width) x 90 (height) cm in size and prepared to be read from a distance of one meter.

Posters will be prepared in English or Turkish.

The poster presentation title must be at least 2.5 cm in size. The names of the authors and the institution they work for must be stated under the title.

Posters will be hung at the specified location on the date and time to be announced by the organizing committee.

Authors must be present at their posters on the specified day, time and place for the poster discussion.

Oral and Poster Presentation General Information

Approximately 6-11 minutes will be allocated for the presentation of oral presentations. (5-10 minutes presentation, 1 minute discussion.) Necessary technical equipment will be provided to participants who will present oral presentations at the congress. Oral presentations will be made in English and/or Turkish. Oral presentations will take place at the specified time and hall at the NP Health Campus between June 2-3.

Posters should be prepared to be printed on 50*70 colored coated paper. A poster area will be created at the congress center and support personnel will be available. Poster presentations will take place at the specified time and foyer area at the NP Health Campus between June 2-3.

All presentations will be evaluated by the referee board.
